Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Use your tracking number at the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location). If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, email us at tm5101680@gmail.com.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please email us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right.
