We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Superior. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at tm5101680@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at tm5101680@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at tm5101680@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
