Thank you for shopping with Superior. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping – Orders $40 and over (estimated delivery: 7–15 business days)
- $4.99 Standard Shipping – Orders under $40 (estimated delivery: 7–15 business days)
- $12.99 Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- $24.99 Express / Overnight Shipping – Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (available for select products)
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and our fulfillment partners including CJDropshipping. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Dropshipped & Internationally Sourced Products
Several products in our catalog are fulfilled through our international fulfillment partners. For these items, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, though tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear.
High-Value Orders
Orders containing high-value items (over $500) may require a signature upon delivery for your protection. We may also require shipping insurance on these orders. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or via your order confirmation page.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the delivery estimates above, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs processing (for internationally sourced items). We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at tm5101680@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed may not always be possible.
