We want you to be completely happy with every Superior Beauty purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at tm5101680@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened skincare, makeup, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items purchased on sale (unless defective)
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. For a different product, return your item for a refund and place a new order using your discount code.
